HOW IT WORKS

From signing up to talking to a doctor.

Simple. Straightforward. Affordable.

Secure checkout. No underwriting. No complicated paperwork.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the membership that fits

Essentials at $25, Advantage at $35, or Premier at $45 a month. All three cover everyone living at home at one price. You can change levels later, and there's no contract.

  2. Step 2

Sign up in about two minutes

One short form with your basic information. No underwriting, no medical questionnaire, no exam, and no Social Security number required.

  3. Step 3

Your account activates within 48 business hours

A welcome email brings your member ID card and login. Setup can take up to 48 business hours before your first consult, so this isn't something to sign up for in the middle of an emergency — it's something to have in place before you need it. Once you're in, you add everyone else at home to the same membership.

  4. Step 4

    Call any hour, from anywhere

By phone or app, in English or Spanish, without an appointment. Most members reach a doctor in about fifteen minutes. For skin concerns you can upload a photo instead of getting on video.

  5. Step 5

    Pay nothing for the visit

Doctor visits, dermatology, and mental health visits cost $0 every time. No copay at the start, no statement weeks later. Your monthly membership is the whole cost. Lab testing is the one service that carries its own fee.

When this isn't the right call

In an emergency, call 911

Chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, or serious injury. Virtual care is not emergency care and you shouldn't call us first.

Some things need hands

Broken bones, deep cuts, anything needing an X-ray or a physical exam. Urgent care exists for a reason and the doctor will tell you when to go.

It doesn't replace a primary care doctor

Annual physicals, vaccinations, and in-person screenings still happen in person. A membership works alongside a regular doctor.

Not every prescription is possible

Controlled substances and certain other medications can't be prescribed in a virtual visit. That's law and clinical judgment, not your membership level.
